As a WMS desk admin you see only your client accounts (each account is tied to the admin who created or was assigned it). Other warehouse admins in your organization do not see your clients in this directory. Each admin may create at most 10 client accounts (contact Super Admin to go beyond). Tenant boundary: accounts belong to your signed-in WMS organization and its reseller tenant � other WMS organizations never receive this list or related shipment/chat data. Each client portal session is scoped to that client�s ID and reseller; clients cannot read another client�s requests or messages. Sync with the warehouse uses the same authenticated APIs only for your org.
